Can I order on-line at School Stuff?
At this time you cannot order on-line at School Stuff so we can maintain the lowest possible price on our products. You may order only by fax, e-mail, phone or mail. Please do not include credit card information in an e-mail order because it is not secure. You will be sent an invoice for payment if you do not include payment in your order.
Can I send a Purchase Order instead of your order form?
Yes, you can send us a Purchase Order instead of our order form.
How do I calculate shipping & handling charges for my order?
There is a $4.50 handling fee per order. Please contact a School Stuff representative for shipping costs.
Can I return an item if I am not satisfied?
If any customer is not satisfied with the product they ordered, for any reason, we would be happy to take it back. If the customer wants to return an un-used product, they will be expected to pay the shipping charges for sending it back and a 15% restocking fee will be taken out of the credit to the account. What is the return policy at School Stuff?
For items that the customer is unsatisfied with or were over-ordered, please see previous question. For damaged or missing items, please contact a School Stuff representative . We will be happy to either replace the damaged or missing items. We can also credit your account, if that serves your needs better.
